This position is responsible for applying and monitoring consumer's benefits such as Medicare part B, Medicaid, and SSDI/SSI. Maintaining consumer's files of all financial information. Interviewing consumers for financial resources and set rates according to the Standard Means Test.
In addition to the minimum qualifications listed below a successful candidate should have the knowledge of research methods related to insurance eligibility and the ability to identify and resolve application issues. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of excellent communication, planning, organization skills and the ability to problem solve and work independently.
