In this role you will engage clients, lead benefits implementation with DP expertise, and test and troubleshoot the final system setup to ensure a smooth go-live across organizations of varying sizes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3+ years related experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Position Summary

Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software.

• Managing benefit implementation phase with DP expertise
• Tests and troubleshoots final system setup
