Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Benefit Guide. The Benefit Guide will be responsible for assisting clients with understanding and navigating their health plans, providing personalized support, handling inquiries, and educating employees about their benefits. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of health plans, regulations, and helping to streamline benefits administration processes.
