Role Description

This is a full-time remote to hybrid role for a Benefit Guide Inside Sales professional. Must be located in Dallas, Texas. The primary responsibility will be to guide potential clients through the benefits options, communicating the value and details of our group health plans. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective clients through phone and email, conducting product demonstrations, answering questions, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining client relationships, providing continued support, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with healthcare benefits or insurance products is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
