Remote Sales Team Leader – Life Insurance (U.S. Only)

100% Remote | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to build, mentor, and lead a team of life insurance sales professionals. This role combines sales, leadership, and coaching, requiring someone who can drive results while developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to enhance results
  • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet goals
  • Monitor team performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Lead by example by engaging in sales activities and client interactions
Client Relationship Management
  • Ensure high-quality client interactions and satisfaction
  • Support sales representatives in navigating complex client needs
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Training & Continuous Improvement
