• Specialized experience: 1 year at GS-4 level performing admin support, travel coordination, and records management.
• Time-in-grade rules apply for current Federal employees.
• Education substitution: 4 years above high school with transcripts required.
• Combination of education and experience: transcripts required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements and apply transportation regulations.
• Maintain records, utilize databases, reconcile records, and generate reports.
• Investigate/resolving issues and take corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals.
