Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience within a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; MBA preferred.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical development, GMP, safety, data integrity and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-layered site organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong budget, manufacturing economics, capacity planning and capital investment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bend, OR site organization through senior leaders, managers and supervisors.
• Foster a high-performing culture with accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee capital investments, asset availability and long-term site strategy.
• Direct production planning and manufacturing execution for safe, compliant operations.
• Represent the site with customers, auditors and regulators during external engagements.
• Translate Lonza’s strategy into actionable site goals and measurable outcomes.
