Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Bench Tech to perform in-house servicing and repair of company products at a repair site. You will diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures and conduct maintenance and calibration of repaired products.
Responsibilities include documenting problems on shipped parts, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely turnaround for field personnel. Some heavy lifting and occasional climbing may be required.
Bench Techs performs in‑house servicing and repair of company products at an established repair site or service center. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures. Performs maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired products. Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service‐ability issues. May communicate with field‑based technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair, but generally without direct client contact.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
