Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Bench Technician II in Cleveland, Ohio. This role leads customer site equipment installation and offers technician support. Responsibilities include delivering lottery equipment and performing in-house repairs.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in troubleshooting and installation. Strong problem-solving skills are needed, along with the ability to lift heavy equipment. This position requires travel to customer sites and may include overtime and weekend work.
A Bench Technician II is primarily a customer site equipment installation lead. The Bench Technician II will use a company vehicle to deliver lottery equipment to customer locations for installation. While on site, they will take the lead on ensuring proper installation of all equipment while also offering local field technician support. Other duties will include in‑house service and repair of company products at an established company repair site or service center. The equipment includes everything from communication hardware to lottery point of sale and vending equipment.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
