Job description

We are currently seeking candidates who have completed one of the following curriculums: Airframe and Powerplant, Aerospace Engineering or related Engineering fields. The below is a breakout of the required skillset.

  • Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) Familiarization.
  • Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Familiarization.
  • Reading, Writing, and speaking the English Language.
  • Basic and Advanced Electrical Schematics.
  • Basic and Advanced Hydraulic Schematics.
  • Basic and Advanced Pneumatic Schematics.
  • Precision Measuring Tool Usage:
  • Power supplies.
  • Digital and Analog Meters.
  • Scopes.
  • Pressure and Bore Gauges.
  • Flow Meters.
  • Torque Wrenches.
  • Load cells (Linear and Rotary).
  • Have familiarity with and can demonstrate basic hand tool usage that includes wrenches, sockets and their drives, screw and other fasteners drivers, etc., and powered drills and screwdrivers.
  • Can pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
  • Can pass a routine Transportation Security Administration (TSA) felony background check.
  • Can adequately read, write, and verbally communicate in the English language.
  • Understand and accept that additional duties will be required of them within the framework of their job responsibilities, like facility cleaning and upkeep, when needed.
Position

The position is full-time (40 hours). Monday and ending Friday with the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. We allow one hour for lunch beginning at 11:30 am.

Compensation
  • The position is salaried and based on the results of a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) on the above. 14 CFR 145.163. There is a customary 90-day probationary period followed by a review. Incremental increases in salary and job advancement will be assessed at the time of the review.
