Shane Co. is seeking a bench jeweler in Louisville to perform setting, sizing, re-tipping, welding, soldering, polishing, engraving, and cleaning to Shane Co. quality standards.

We require 2+ years of bench experience and availability evenings and weekends. You will maintain a clean, safe shop, assist customers, provide cost estimates for personalization, and track work with shop tech. This on-site role offers growth within a family-owned company.

Formación

• 2+ years bench experience required.
• Must be available evenings and weekends.
• High visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Able to give and receive feedback with coaching.
• Comfortable with technology and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform settings, sizing, re-tipping, welding, soldering, polishing, engraving, cleaning and related work per Shane Co. standards.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols.
• Provide cost estimates for personalization options proposed to customers.
• Manage findings inventory and assist with shop operations.
• Consult with staff and customers to meet needs during sales and repair processes.
• Use computers/iPads for shop job tracking and workflow.
