Job summary

Signet Jewelers is expanding its Field Design & Service Center teams with opportunities for both entry-level and experienced jewelers. As an Apprentice Jeweler, you'll start with administrative tasks and polishing, with potential growth into bench responsibilities such as stone setting, sizing, and repairs.

You will contribute to restoring jewelry and creating custom pieces, delivering a Customer-First experience across Signet's US centers.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service minded with high quality standards.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, progressing to bench jeweler.
• Perform stone setting, sizing, polishing and jewelry repair.
• Restore jewelry to original beauty and design custom pieces.
