Qualifications

• Required management experience in specialty coffee, retail, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Strong ability to lead, manage conflict, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated home store and its team while shadowing existing managers.
• Foster a positive environment and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Drive sales, monitor Key Performance Indicators, and identify areas for improvement.
