Ponderful LLC is seeking a dependable Night Custodial to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires working Sundays through Wednesdays, 10:00pm–2:00am, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness across commissary, store, office, and restroom areas.

You will perform floor care, dusting, trash removal, and general cleaning tasks while ensuring a tidy, safe environment. Individuals must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain CAC clearance after hire.

Qualifications

• Must be able to move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform bending and other tasks.
• Must successfully complete security CAC application upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors.
• Clean restrooms and lavatories; dust equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain orderly commissary, storeroom, and office areas.

We are looking for a dependable Night Custodial to join our team!

Responsibilities :

Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition commissary’s work, store, office and restroom areas. Duties involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and waxing & polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, store shelves or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; minor maintenance; and cleaning lavatories, and restrooms.

Requirements :

Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, repetitive bending, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Upon hire be able to successfully complete security application for a Common Access Card (CAC).

CLIENTS: Defense Commissary Agency (DECA)

• Hourly pay rate is $25.53.
• Health and Welfare (H & W) benefit in accordance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) per hour for the first 40 hours in a week.

This is a temporary bargaining unit position covered under the OPEIU Local 4873 Collective Bargaining Agreement. The assignment is expected to run to support increased seasonal workload. Employment may conclude at the end of this period unless extended based on operational needs.
