CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Bellperson/Valet to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and safely park and retrieve vehicles while sharing resort information and local tips.

The role demands professionalism, a positive attitude, and proactive service in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and be available weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 21+ due to insurance requirements for valet driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles with secure key control.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain resort amenities and local attractions.
• Provide directions, valet coordination, and taxi service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of bell carts, valet area, and lobby.
• Support front desk, valet, and concierge during busy periods.
