Job summary

Signia Hilton Indianapolis is launching its Bellperson role to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide arrivals and departures as part of the opening team.

Join our Guest Services crew to deliver memorable experiences, operate bell carts, assist with transportation, and uphold Hilton's high standards of hospitality and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to lift and move luggage as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with rooms and amenities.
• Handle luggage with care: retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage per hotel standards.
• Assist with guest transport: operate property vehicles to transport guests to designated destinations.
• Maintain equipment standards: keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good order.

Be part of the highly anticipated opening of Signia Hilton Indianapolis and help shape the guest experience from day one! We’re building our Guest Services team and are seeking Bellpersons to join us for this exciting new chapter.

As a Bellperson, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable stays and making a lasting first and final impression on every guest. From assisting with luggage to providing directions and local recommendations, you’ll be a welcoming and helpful presence throughout each guest’s stay.

As a Bellperson/Porter , you’re not just assisting guests with transporting and storing luggage – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities

• Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
