Ideal Candidate: Previous customer service and hospitality experience, open availability, prior hotel experience in a similar role, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift Pattern: Mainly 2nd shift (3 pm - 11:30 pm), open availability and weekend/holiday availability are required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to and from their rooms
• Transport guest luggage
• Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with features
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
• Organize and store luggage appropriately
• Relay guest feedback to management
• Deliver messages and faxes throughout the day
• Assist with room moves and special luggage requests
• Drive property vehicles for guest transportation
• Assist in maintaining equipment
