Position: Bellperson (Part-Time)

Location: Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

Ideal Candidate:

Previous customer service and hospitality experience, open availability, prior experience working at a hotel in a similar role. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift Pattern:

Open availability and weekend/holiday availability are required. Mainly 2nd shift 3pm - 11:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to and from their accommodations
• Retrieve and transport guest luggage
• Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with their features
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Organize and store luggage according to guidelines
• Communicate relevant guest feedback to management
• Deliver messages and faxes throughout the day
• Assist with room moves and special luggage deliveries
• Drive property-designated vehicles as needed
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of equipment
