Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a vibrant Bellperson for the JW Marriott Reston Station in Reston, VA. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and share information about local attractions while ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

This role involves escorting guests to rooms, delivering messages and packages, coordinating transportation, and maintaining a welcoming lobby. Prior guest services or bell experience is preferred, with English fluency and excellent communication.

Formación

• One year guest services/bell experience preferred.
• Valid CDL license where applicable.
• Familiarity with local area and attractions.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area

Qualifications

• One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred
