Job Description
  1. Project a friendly, courteous, and appreciative image to all guests and customers at all times.
  2. Greet all guests professionally and warmly.
  3. Communicate with guests, staff, and tour escorts about happenings on the property.
  4. Lift up to 50 lbs and transport luggage to and from rooms.
  5. Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
  6. Coordinate with Front Desk, Valet, Transportation, Housekeeping, and Facilities regarding guest needs.
  7. Provide efficient and informative guest services.
  8. Ensure all guest needs are fully addressed.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and order in the bell stand, luggage areas, and lobby.
  10. Communicate and write instructions clearly to guests.
  11. Enforce parking policies at the hotel entrance.
  12. Handle tips according to current policy.
  13. Navigate a luggage cart safely.
  14. Communicate clearly using radios or phones.
  15. Lift 50 lbs in/out of vehicles or rooms.
  16. Have a high school diploma or GED.
  17. Stand and walk for approximately 95% of the shift.
