Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests and assist with requests at our Duluth, GA hotel. You will help guests with luggage, transportation, and information about local attractions while maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.

Successful candidates provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and adapt to varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage guest belongings.
