Jekyll Island Club Resort is seeking a positive, self-motivated Bellman to be the welcoming face for guests, help with luggage, and assist with car parking in a luxury boutique hotel setting.

You will create memorable first impressions, engage with guests on the resort’s beautiful grounds, and collaborate with team members to deliver remarkable service on the island. Fluency in English and a customer‑focused attitude are essential.

The RESORT:

The JOB

Are you contagious of great smiles? Do you enjoy having fun at work? Jekyll Island Club Resort is looking for a positive, self-motivated individual to join our staff as a Bellman. In this role, you will be the “face” of the resort for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make! You will have the opportunity to be very active, have fun, and create relationships with guests in a luxury boutique hotel atmosphere. You will help guests with their luggage, as well as park their car.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector who thrives on creating experiences. This role requires skills such as patience, empathy, a desire to take care of others and ability to have FUN.

Additional requirements include:

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record
• Fluency in English
• Provide legible communication and directions.
• Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight of 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule preferred
