Job summary

Join the Noble House Hotels & Resorts team at the Jekyll Island Club Resort and Jekyll Ocean Club Resort to support daily operations in the Gift Shop. You will deliver friendly customer service, help supervise the shop, manage inventory, and contribute to accurate accounting records.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of retail experience, a personable attitude, and solid computer skills with Excel. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of retail store experience required.
• Outgoing, personable and friendly demeanor.
• Computer skills required; Excel experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• As Retail Shop Attendant, assist the Retail Supervisor with daily operations of the Gift Shop.
• Provide exceptional customer service, supervise shop activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Support inventory control, training, and staff motivation where needed.

The JOB

As Retail Shop Attendant, you will assist the Retail Supervisor with daily operations of the Gift Shop. Responsibilities include; providing exceptional customer service, shop supervision, inventory control, training, motivating staff, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Completion of a high school degree or a recognized equivalent.
• Two to four years of retail store experience required.
• Must be outgoing, personable, and friendly.
• Computer skills are required, and Excel is a must!
• A flexible schedule includes weekends and holidays as we are open 7 days a week.
