Job summary

The American Club in Kohler, WI is seeking an onsite Guest Services/Valet associate for part-time shifts between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage and vehicles, valet park, and shuttle guests around the Kohler Campus.

Strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and weekend availability are required. Candidates must be 18+, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Vaccination policy applies for US-based staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations.
• Assist guests with arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles.
• Valet parking vehicles.
• Drive the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus.
• Identify guest and room number, analyzing logistics and the most efficient luggage delivery to rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of in-house facilities, hours, and area attractions.
• Identify and deliver miscellaneous items requested by guests or hotel staff.
• Maintain a clean work area including all common rooms and storage closets.

Location: Kohler, WI

Specific Responsibilities

• Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
• Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
• Valet parking vehicles
• Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
• Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions
• Identifying guest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
• Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
• Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets

This is a part-time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
