Job summary

Grand Pacific Resorts in Coronado, CA is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure seamless arrivals and departures with superb hospitality. You will deliver amenities, messages, dry cleaning, and newspapers; conduct show room tours; and keep the lobby clean and inviting while maintaining resort vehicles and safety procedures.

The role requires a positive, reliable team player who communicates well with guests and associates in a fast-paced resort

Responsibilities

• Greet guests/owners and assist with luggage as they arrive and depart.
• Deliver amenities, messages, dry cleaning, invitations and newspapers to rooms.
• Conduct show room tours as directed.
• Maintain clean and orderly lobby.
• Maintain resort vehicles (fuel, wash, clean interior, etc.).
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with all state laws and Resort policy.
• Communicates effectively with guests, supervisors and associates.
• Stay informed concerning emergency procedures, current projects, security issues, and location of emergency equipment.
