Qualifications
- Schedule availability to include weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Friendly, energetic and detail-oriented.

- Ability to retain and recall detailed information.
Responsibilities
- Providing prompt, friendly, attentive service while ensuring that each guest has a delightful experience.
- Safely transporting our guests in style to their destination.
- Being an ambassador of arrival.
- Having an extensive knowledge of all things Greensboro (including our hotel services, travel directions, recommendations regarding shipping, dining and entertainment).
- Establishing and maintaining hotel and guest relationships.
- Passionately maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times.
