• Providing prompt, friendly, attentive service while ensuring that each guest has a delightful experience
• Safely transporting our guests in style to their destination
• Being an ambassador of arrival
• Having an extensive knowledge of all things Greensboro (including our hotel services, travel directions, recommendations regarding shipping, dining and entertainment)
• Establishing and maintaining hotel and guest relationships
• Passionately maintaina high level of cleanliness and safetyat all times
