Job summary

ALL4 is seeking an experienced Office Leader to lead and grow the San Juan Capistrano, CA office. This role owns strategic decisions, client management, staffing, new business development, regional marketing, and financial performance under the Western Regional Director.

The OL is expected to maintain an in-office presence and drive profitability for the office. The ideal candidate brings senior environmental expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of expanding services and client

Qualifications

• Lead with ALL4 core values and leadership foundations.
• Primary decision-maker with Western Regional Director on office direction and execution.
• Develop and manage the San Juan Capistrano office's KPIs and report to Regional Director.

Responsibilities

• Build on established client base to drive growth and identify new opportunities.
• Create and mentor a team of project managers to deliver strong client relationships.
• Drive business development and close opportunities through ALL4 process.
• Establish relationships with regulatory agencies for interpretation and analysis of regulations.
• Grow top-line revenue and meet utilization targets per financial plan.
• Develop staff and mentor junior team members; demonstrate ALL4 values.
