Job summary

Eckert is seeking an energetic guest services team member for outdoor farm operations. You will welcome visitors, answer questions, and direct them to various farm areas, while handling payments with accuracy.

Maintain a clean station and adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in variable outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to the farm, answering questions and guiding them to relevant areas.
• Handle payments (cash, check, credit card, gift certificates) accurately.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and comply with health, safety manuals and farm guidelines.
• Communicate with other farm staff to ensure guests have a fun and safe experience.
• Follow recipes to prepare bakery items while maintaining proper temperatures and sanitary conditions.
