Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of Bell Attendant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history required.
• Must be at least 25 years old to operate shuttle; 21 to drive own vehicle.
• Ability to pass drug/alcohol testing as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests to and from rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inform guests of safety features and promote hotel outlets when possible.
• Provide information about services and local attractions.
• Store luggage and assist with loading/unloading into/out of vehicles.
• Call taxi for guests and ensure timely transport as requested.
• Maintain appearance and organization of the check-in and bell areas.
• Operate guest vehicles safely and in accordance with policies.
