Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek is hiring for a range of winter seasonal positions for 2026/2027. Starting wage ranges from $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr with full-time hours available.
Roles include Bell Person/Valet and guest service positions designed to provide outstanding guest experiences in a mountain resort setting. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through December 15 or until positions are filled.

The Bell Person/Valet will assist guests with their transportation and belongings while generally maintaining the appearance of the hotel lobby and entryway. Work with the Front Desk Team to ensure guests have a smooth check-in and check-out process and a great first and last impression of our hotel and resort!

Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times.
Assistarriving anddepartingguests with their baggage, answering questions, making deliveries, etc.
Secure items too large for guest rooms inappropriate storagerooms.
Assistin parking cars; serve as thebackupshuttle driver as needed.
Transport guests, in a safe andtimelymanner, to and from requested destinations.
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma/GED – preferred.
Previousrelated guest service or hospitality experience – required.
Ability to deal with customers in a courteous and efficient manner, alwaysmaintainingan upbeat and positive attitude – required.
Ability to lift luggage ofvarious sizeswith a maximum of 50lbs. – required.
Ability to prioritize tasks due to large numbers of incoming guests.
Ability to learn a variety of informationpertaining tothe resort and the area.
Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Mustbe 21 years or older.
Must hold a valid US driver’slicense andmust completeMotorVehicle Report – required.
The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
