CoralTree Hospitality is looking for a Bell Person at Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley, California. The Bell Person will welcome guests and assist with luggage while providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

This role requires strong communication skills, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift heavy objects. The position offers an hourly wage of $16.90 and various benefits including discounted ski passes and health insurance.

The Bell Person will be the first to welcome and the last to encourage the return of all guests and visitors. You will provide assistance with luggage needs and connect our customers with distinctively different and unscripted discoveries throughout their stay.

For Full Time Year‑Round Team Members

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist guests with luggage, including storage and retrieval
• Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and local area
• Escort guests to their rooms and ensure they are comfortable
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and hours of operation
• Keep bell desk and lobby area clean and organized
• Stock bell desk with supplies
• Complete daily reports and logs
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays
