Paradise Point Resort and Spa in San Diego is seeking a vibrant Part-time Bell Person to assist guests with luggage, share information about our resort's amenities and local attractions, and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

You will greet guests, help with messages and packages, and coordinate transportation as needed, contributing to a memorable stay for guests while maintaining a tidy lobby and high standard of service.

Qualifications

• One year of guest services or bell experience preferred.
• Valid CDL where applicable.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the features and facilities.
