Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Bell Person at Bellagio to deliver distinguished hospitality, assist guests with luggage, coordinate transportation, and provide personalized service with professionalism.

The role emphasizes creating WOW moments for guests and requires flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays; 18+ age and prior guest services experience preferred; starting pay rate is $17.55 per hour plus service commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six (6) months of prior relevant guest services experience preferred.
• Experience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, interacting with, and assisting guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude, outgoing personality, professional appearance, and demeanor at all times.
• Collect, transport, deliver, and store guest luggage and personal items.
• Escort guests and provide information about guest rooms, hotel amenities, and property features.
• Make and receive phone calls related to guest requests, services, deliveries, and information.

As a Bell Person at Bellagio, you will set the stage for the ultimate guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will enhance the guest experience by providing distinguished hospitality when handling guests’ luggage and belongings, facilitating efficient transportation arrangements, and delivering personalized assistance with professionalism and courtesy.

Understanding their uniquestories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond theirstay with us!

STARTING PAY RATE:

$17.5508 / Per Hour + Service Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY
