ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest room(s) as requested by guest.
- Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests, including their locations in the hotel, hours of operation, fire exits, and safety features.
- Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest.
- Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness, including trash removal, mopping up spills, sweeping, emptying trash cans, and checking the business center, pool area, and workout facilities for neatness.
- Deliver messages, packages, and mail to guests.
- Perform airport pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled.
- Park all cars when guests request valet service in the approved parking areas, and retrieve them as requested, bringing them to the front of the hotel.
- Maintain traffic flow at all times in the front of the hotel and parking areas.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Availability for either 3pm to 11pm or 2pm to 6pm shifts.
- At least 6 months of previous face-to-face guest/customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license without violations.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push a bell cart weighing up to 100 pounds.
