PAY: This position pays $22.00/hr (+$1/hr shift differential once training is complete)

Schedule:

• NIGHT SHIFT ONLY AVAILABLE-- 6:45 pm - 7:00 am ($22.00)
• Work Mon/Tue, Off Wed/Thu, Work Fri/Sat/Sun
• Off Mon/Tue, Work Wed/Thu, Off Fri/Sat/Sun, then repeat.
• Only work 15 days a month!
• Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend!
• One week you work 48 hours and the next 36 hours
• Total of 84 hours per pay period; hours over 40 are overtime, paid bi-weekly

Our Line Operators are essential to our success. You will operate an extrusion line to produce high-quality pipe safely and efficiently, working alongside a team to ensure optimal production. Join us today!

Responsibilities:

• Read work orders, perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments
• Monitor extrusion production, perform quality checks, maintain coiling area
• Assist in starting reels, monitor product quality and conformity
• Ensure production parameters meet standards
• Maintain accurate documentation, track lost production hours
• Ensure proper marking of pipes
• Follow safety requirements and report unsafe conditions
• Comply with company policies and perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must have machine operator experience
• At least 1-year manufacturing experience required
• Preferred: 1-year extrusion machine operator experience
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to recognize colors
• Knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality standards (nice to have)
• Forklift experience (a plus)

Physical and Occupational Requirements:

• Understand paperwork procedures and documentation
• Lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Work up to 12 hours on foot around machinery
• Wear PPE at all times, including steel-toe boots, gloves, eye protection, etc.
• Move around the facility as needed
