Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a Front Desk/Bell role team member in Atlantic City to warmly greet guests and provide essential information about promotions and directions. You will assist with luggage and contribute to positive guest experiences across shifts.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of bell/door experience, with the ability to handle up to 100 lb carts. A strong guest-service mindset and reliable team participation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pull 100 lb cart.

Job Description:

• Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the incumbent is responsible for various guest services duties.
• Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner.
• Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc.
• Assists guest with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
• Other assignments as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with one year of bell/door experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pull 100lb cart.
