Ocean Key Resort and Spa in Key West is seeking a PM Dishwasher Steward and is willing to train for this position. The role is integral to our busy kitchen, supporting Hot Tin Roof and the dining operations by keeping dishware clean and reusable, ensuring a smooth service flow.

Hot Tin Roof is a local and guest favorite that has led the way in describing the intangible “Key West Cuisine.” Suffice to say that to taste it is to know it. It is to be anchored in this place, with views and ocean-scented breezes as additional seasonings.

Requirements

• Must be able to exert physical effort in lifting up to 50 pounds
• Push/Pull 50 + pounds
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
• Remain in mobile and standing position for at least 8 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and with other departments and interdepartmentally
• Must have positive attitude
