Pay Range

This range is provided by The Mirbeau Companies. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $17.50/hr

Job Summary

This role involves providing guests with an exceptional experience by working closely with Guest Services/Front Desk team to offer a warm welcome. The ideal candidate is charismatic, energetic, positive, and proactive.

Responsibilities

1. Arrive in uniform at scheduled times, greeting guests warmly.
2. Escort guests to rooms, check keys, and assist with requests.
3. Help with luggage and other guest needs.
4. Report supply shortages and deliver packages or laundry.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell area and lobby.
6. Promote resort facilities and provide local information.
7. Report guest complaints and assist in resolving issues.
8. Log lost & found items.
9. Attend meetings and suggest operational improvements.
10. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Neat appearance, good personality, and strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand long hours, lift at least 20 lbs, and maneuver a bell cart.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
