Job summary

Snowmass Club in Snowmass Village, CO seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, and shuttle guests and their belongings around the property. You will support Front Desk, transport luggage, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in all weather.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, with a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and assist with luggage.
• Escort members and guests throughout the property.
• Provide limited concierge services, including answering questions about the area and providing restaurant recommendations.
• Assist the Front Desk with phones and guests as needed.
• Transfer phone calls and communicate important information to the Front Desk.
• Transport guest luggage to and from shuttle, lobby, and rooms.
• Keep the hotel shuttle clean and well maintained, including washing, vacuuming, and removing trash.
• Complete daily checklists provided by the Bell Supervisor and perform walk-throughs of all properties.
• Promote a positive work culture and assist other departments as needed.
