As a Bell Person, you will be one of the first impressions our guests have of the resort. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and helpful arrival experience. You’ll assist guests with luggage, escort them to their rooms, offer local information, and provide transportation around the property or nearby areas. You may also support room service delivery, assist with guest errands, and help maintain the lobby's cleanliness and presentation.

As a Bell Person at Mission Resort + Club, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. You will escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage handling while providing helpful information about resort amenities, local attractions, and available services. Additional duties include explaining room features during check-in, delivering messages, packages, and room service orders, as well as supporting valet and laundry pick-up/delivery. You will also assist with transportation needs by calling taxis or driving resort vehicles, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, and keep accurate records of guest service requests and errands.
