If you enjoy displaying your exceptional customer service skills while interacting with a wide variety of guests daily, the Bellperson/Valet position is the job for you. The Bellperson/Valet plays an important role of ensuring that all guests are greeted in a friendly, professional, and welcoming way. As a Bellperson/Valet, you will escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations while transporting their luggage. You will be familiar with the property, guest room features and amenities. This role will also maintain the valet operation of the hotel for overnight, day and event guests. The Edgewater demands the highest quality of customer service, and the Bellperson/Valet position reflects that as you are often times the first person they meet upon their arrival.
