LOREN AT LADY BIRD LAKE EMPLOYER LLC in Austin, TX seeks a friendly Bell & Door Attendant to greet guests and escort them to rooms. You will open doors, assist with luggage, and operate the company shuttle to ensure timely transportation for guests.

Role requires strong communication, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours. Prior hotel experience is preferred to embody the hotel's culture and deliver exemplary service.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to embody and impart the hotel's unique culture to guests and associates.
• Ability to maintain a friendly and engaging disposition.
• Ability to work flexible hours required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Operate company vehicle for guest transportation.
• Coordinate with Guest Services to manage transportation requests and schedules.
• Inform guests of property amenities, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Transport luggage to and from valet and guest rooms.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage.
• Follow all company policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position requires friendly, outgoing, and informed staff to ensure the guests receive exemplary service from the moment they touch the property to the moment they depart.
