Job summary

Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn IL is seeking a Bell Attendant/Van Driver to provide porter services and shuttle guests between the hotel and Midway airport, delivering courteous, proactive assistance to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

Under general supervision, you will greet guests, assist with luggage, run errands, and share hotel information. A strong service mindset, reliable transportation knowledge, and flexible schedule including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and understand and follow verbal instruction.
• Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide porter services to hotel guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Provide shuttle service to and from Midway airport and local area.
• Deliver requested items (laundry, newspapers, linens) and maintain a guest request log.
• Promote hotel services and provide up-to-date information to guests to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and public areas.
