Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Bell Attendant (PM) for full-time employment. You will assist guests with luggage, accompany guests between rooms and services, and help ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience at a premier full-service resort.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the stamina to stand for long periods while assisting guests during our PM shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet Team to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.
• Ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.
• Assist in ensuring efficient check-in and checkout experience.
• This role involves a high volume of walking.

It is important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. Additionally, the Guest Service Attendant role is to assist in ensuring efficient check-in and checkout experience. This role consists of a high volume of walking. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and Hotel or local recommendations.
