Job summary

Four Seasons Miami is seeking a Bell Attendant to provide exceptional luggage handling and guest services on all shifts. You will assist with arrivals/departures, escort guests to rooms, and support guests with inquiries, ensuring a warm and memorable stay.

The role requires walking and mobility, strong English communication, and the ability to lift/move luggage as part of daily duties. This on-site position offers a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work all shifts including AM/PM, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires oral proficiency in English.
• Able to lift and move luggage up to 100–200 pounds and maneuver carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, delivering items and transporting hotel packages.
• Greet guests and escort them to their rooms; manage luggage between rooms and storage.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality, resolving inquiries about hotel services, hours, events, etc.

The Opportunity

• Assists guest with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
• Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.

• Requires oral proficiency in the English language.
• Bending to pick up or place luggage or boxes on cart.
• Pulling luggage carts with weight of up to 200 pounds. Cart may be pulled up to the length of a full city block.
• Lifts boxes of up to 100 pounds and carries them for up to 15 feet.
• Is mobile during 100% of shift.
