The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa, part of Hyatt's Mission Pacific & The Seabird Beach Resorts collection, is seeking a Bell Attendant in Oceanside, CA. You will escort guests, handle luggage, and assist with requests in a fast-paced on-site setting, upholding Hyatt’s luxury standards.

This role emphasizes courteous service, reliability, and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to ensure smooth guest experiences at the Hyatt property.

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office & Valet to ensure: Guests and their luggage are escorted to and from their rooms.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Escorting guests to and from their room.
• Transporting guest luggage and personal items to and from their rooms efficiently.
• Carefully lifting luggage from bell cart into room and vehicles.
• Dropping room amenities.
• Assist with guest requests.
• Conduct oneself professionally keeping the Hyatt Values and Forbes standards in mind.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, pull, push, and twist with a moderate weight (about 50 pounds and more)
• Ability to lean, crunch, twist, crouch, bend.
