Aman Group’s Amangiri resort seeks a warm, attentive Bell Attendant to deliver personalized service from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to suites, and ensure a seamless resort experience in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include delivering amenities, coordinating with Front Office and Concierge, and maintaining bell area readiness. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required, with a focus on exceptional guest care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Oral proficiency in the English language.
• High School graduate or GED.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Sensitive to cultural nuances and guest preferences.
• Previous hospitality or guest services experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

As a Bell Attendant, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay by delivering exceptional and personalized service from arrival to departure.
