Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Santa Fe seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage and transportation, and support team members across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage. You will share local recommendations, uphold safety standards, and help ensure a seamless, memorable stay for every guest.

Hospitality experience is a plus; strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential for this on-site role with growth opportunities within New Mexico's

• Strong communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and polished professional appearance.
