Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts in New Mexico seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage and transportation, and help guests settle into their stay with thoughtful service. This full-time role involves sharing local recommendations, coordinating with Front Office and Housekeeping, and upholding safety standards while maintaining a polished appearance.

Flexible weekends/holidays and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
